Job Assessment

As some of you may know, I am vigorously looking for a job. It's been an extremely hard battle but one that I will overcome. Even in today's economy. From time to time I may share my experiences with you, whether it be good or bad. Here is a funny one for the day.

I'm taking my job assessment test with Chase Bank, here is the question and one of the possible answers provided:

Q) A grocery store's checkout lines are all long and the customers are tired of waiting. A customer with a cart full of items gets in the express line. The cashier should say:

A-4) "You have to go to the other line," And frown at the customer, so he knows he was wrong.

Ha-ha, what kind of person would place emphasis on a frown to reprimand a grown man? "Don't come back or you get my sad face!" I swear, these job questions are extremely boring but there's that occasional funny one. Thanks Chase!

You forgot to add slightly tilt your head to the right for emphasis. These people lack the drive to make an impact on their customers...
